A custom program built entirely around you.

Real change takes time. My program is based around a 12-session framework, usually with 1 hour 1×1 meetings once a week for 3 months.

Every program is unique, based on your needs. We can meet more or less frequently, and adjust the timeline accordingly.

First, we will have a Discovery call to get to know each other, talk through what you want to change in your life, and figure out what framework works best.

I pull from a handful of different methodologies, depending on what fits you best. See “How It Works” to learn more about that.

By the time our first round of sessions is complete, you will have reached a desired goal and have a practice that belongs to you.

  • A first session that goes deep fast. We find the real thread, the one underneath the surface story, so the work is aimed at the root from day one.

Free discovery call

A complimentary 30 minute conversation where we get to know each other, I learn where you are and what you want. We do a brief somatic and breath exercise so you experience the work directly. No commitment required.

Custom program design

Based on what I learn from you, I design a program specifically for you: the practices, the timeline, the focus areas, and the outcomes we are working toward.

Ongoing sessions with real accountability

We meet regularly and you practice between sessions. There is structure. There is homework. And there is someone in your corner who will hold you accountable, with care.

A practice that you can use forever

The goal is a coherent inner practice that is integrated into your life and continues on its own. You can tap into it whenever you notice a need. And you can grow more on top of it if you like.
